Most common issues

No data

  • Confirm the primary CGM app shows current readings.
  • Confirm sharing is enabled and a follower/connection exists.
  • Confirm the device has internet and background data allowed.
  • See provider-specific steps: Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre, Nightscout.

Delayed readings

  • Check phone internet + background data permissions.
  • Confirm device time/timezone are correct.
  • Try a different network (cell hotspot) to rule out Wi‑Fi blocks.

Login rejected

  • Confirm credentials work on the provider’s website.
  • For Dexcom, use the primary account (not a follower).
  • For Libre, use the LibreLinkUp follower account (same region).

School/work Wi‑Fi blocks data

  • Restrictive networks can block real‑time data.
  • Test on a personal hotspot to isolate the issue.
